Here is where the Mayor and the jail is. The mayor really doesn't have that many public duties that I know of, most of the dealings are still done with the Ejidatario. I have never heard of anyone getting put into the jail and I doubt it is more than a room with a good lock on the door, there just isn't much crime in La Manzanila.
