I saw a sign in melaque were it said that itīs transmitted by contact and air. there are conjunctivitis-epidemies every year in the rain season, mostly harmless. this one apparently can have complications ( if not properly treated ?). itīs called conjunctivitis hemorragica. til now I did not heard of anybody infected having complications, even with a lot of kids having it. I guess that as soon as the rain season is over the epidemie is gone. I called my doctor to ask what treatment they give and she recommended clorefamine eyedrops. no reason to panic !
