Wow he should find the video from when Rick Bayless interviewed the best chefs around the Polanco district of Mexico City. They all agreed on the wine coming from Baja as being some of the best in North America if not best in the world....but the production is really small and hard to get...I don't remember much but perhaps it is covered Bayless's book from the tv show "Mexico one Plate at a Time" Don Better just go here: http://www.fronterakitchens.com and send a question to ASK RICK...really I don't know of a better source for the best in Mexican food and wine.
