These aspects that you mention Julie have been taken in to consideration, and we have talked to La Huertas new administration that is coming in to office soon, and I have spoken to Oswaldo my self quite a few times with words like community planing and he says he is willing to accept it, back it up, and implement it as an Ejido authority, but yes there is only so much that can be done as an Ejido, but it is in their Ejido Law that they shall present a community plan for the town every 3 years, witch they have never done, so this is a big step for them too. I really wish we can meet so I can give you this kind of information and solve al your questions. well about the gringos trying to run town hahaha I was in my mind that the original planing would be done and implemented by Mexicans, but we are becoming a bicultural town everybody's presence is very important too. And belive me I know what you mean with the building, my Dad builds too, and I would like to think that not in a irresponsible way, but there are a lot of laws being broken because a lot of people don't even know they exist. And of course there are I am sure those people who don't care much of the rules they break or the irreplaceable damage they cause our little town. But this is why we desperately need some regulation and planing in our town, because it is not too late! I mean they haven't sold the hill yet!!! hahaha I really think we should meet!
