I have put my beach life together again and am ready to start teaching Tues and Fri mornings at 8.30 am. Beginning this coming Friday --same place CMLM top floor 8.30 am and plese try to bring change of 70 pesos.
I teach Hatha style with a Vanda Scaravelli slant which means no effort using breathe and ground to find and investigate your spinal structure. This is not an aerobic workout but you will discover tiny muscles you havent used in years.When you learn to work in this relaxed manner then you discover the letting go of tension and stress in the body that you didnt even know was there.
