Posted by deanna on July 24, 2007, 10:25 am Tropical Storm Dalila has now turned to the north/northwest and is responsible for continued unstable conditions along the Pacific coast. CNA this morning Linda - I'll ask Bud if he can provide an "across the arroyo" report today. If anyone else has any info (Jean?) - please join in.

More cloudy skies this morning but some beautiful sunny moments yesterday perked me up a little. Rainfall yesterday was 1.78 inches, bringing this month's total to 9.22 in. Last year's July total was 9.51 inches, so with 8 days to go we're sure to equal or exceed that number by the end of the month.
calls for "the potential of locally heavy rains in Jalisco,
Colima and Michoacan due to cloudiness associated
with Tropical Storm Dalila" (loose translation, but pretty
close). The storm is still very far away from the coast
and not a threat to land - even to Baja - at this point.
