Dorrie, I applaud your work to keep us all informed of the water situation here in the pueblo. Perhaps now that we have a new delegado, and I believe a new person in charge at Tamarindo, the time is ripe for a meeting of all to address these issues. Just an idea, but I have always believed that those who have good information have the power to make wise solutions happen. We are all involved in water use. Another thought...we do have a gift here...rainwater. As we are terracing our slope to fight erosion, we will be planting more. So we have decided to build a water tank, piping rainwater from our roof to the tank and having gravity flow to the garden below. This is not rocket science, and others here are doing the same thing.
