If that is so, then likely what occurred is that I overestimated sales volume in bygone years." In the spirit of "Honest real estate" (is that an oxymoron?) I would say that I have witnessed a "slow down" but would like to qualify that. If "normally" X properties sell in the off season, and this season one less than X sold would you qualify that as a slow down or as one less property sold for what could be several reasons? D
