Yoga classes

| Whether we climb a ladder or stairs we will start yoga on Wed the 5th Dec.Classes will be on the roof top of Nancy and Richards house on the street just past Martins Restaurant --turn left and look for sign.This year times will be for right now Wed and Fri am at 9 and hoping to expand to Monday later. Bring your water bottle, beach towel and your own mat if you wish. I have a limited amount of mats so you can double them. |
