I wonder about your employment facts. I would be very surprised if there are 200 employees -- and, even more surprised if even half of them are from La Manzanilla. On water, the bigger issue has to do with how water is shared when it comes from the same aquifer. Irrespective of whether the wells were purchased, when residents are without water for weeks at a time -- at the same time the golf course is getting watered day and night -- enough said... Then, there is the damage to town infrastructure. There is no reason the trucks for Tamarindo have to come through La Manzanilla and even less reason for them to drive like maniacs. Tamarindo has its own road and its own access to the highway. Could it possibly be that they would rather use our streets because they have no maintenance obligations? Tamarindo has not proven itself a very sensitive or ecological neighbor. It is likely that people will point it out until they are.
