| The Guadalajara Reporter ( December 22nd-28th) ran a very good article about this. Yes, there is a problem and yes the process has been stalled for those with papers sitting in Mexico City. Looks like the FM 2 is the ticket but they don't say for how long one has to have it for. Also more Spanish will be required and a written test. The FM 2 restricts your time out of Mexico. It is something like only 3 months a year. Can't remember exactly but close to that. |
