Hi Frances, It is good to know that the horse is there, however, it is not unusual for loose horses to be wandering around the streets looking for some grass and a little water. There are 2 or 3 wandering around in my part of town as well. Noone seems to worry about them much and most people seem to be ok with it and know whose horses they are. I really enjoy seeing them wandering around actually - the only thing is that at night the dogs go crazy barking their heads off whenever a horse passes by. In the daytime they just lie there sleeping and barely look at them.??? go figure? Linda |
