Hello everyone, Dine on the beach and under the stars with your sweetie on Valentine's Day at Boca de Igugnas eco-development. Chose from the following menu in an elegantly plated dinner: **Mixed greens salad with artichoke hearts, feta cheese, and freshly baked garlic croutons drizzled with a tart strawberry dressing **Tender palm heart salad with green esparagus tips, goat cheese and light vinegrette **Beef tenderloin and Boca de Iguanas shrimp with ancho chile vinaigrette, pineapple lentils and black beans **Fresh fish filet smothered in sweet and sour citrus reduction, rice with bacon, and Indian nuts **Iced Mint tea with an infusion of all spice. (to refresh the palate before dessert) **Red fruits topped with Passion fruit sherbet. **Coconut flan with pine nuts Included in dinner is one bottle of red or white wine per couple, a flute of Cava champagne per person.
