Sesame Crusted Tuna over Greens with Hearts of Palm, Avocado, Grapefruit & Wasabi Ginger Vinaigrette

Grilled Tournados of Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Hollandaise Sauce on a Blue Cheese Risotto Cake with Green Beans Almondine

Dark Chocolate Espresso Cake with Fresh Berries
