Hello everyone.

Valentine’s romance kit ensures “sweet dreams” at new Costalegre boutique hotel

For beach goers who are in the mood for love, the new 12-room boutique hotel at Boca de Iguanas along Mexico’s Pacific Coast has plenty of ideas to ensure pleasant dreams.

For the entire month of February – and in honor of Valentine’s Day –

Boca de Iguanas celebrates with an intimate dinner under the stars and candlelight. The elegantly plated dinner offers a choice of menu items including tender palm heart salad with green asparagus tips, goat cheese and light vinaigrette, beef tenderloin and Boca de Iguanas shrimp drizzled with spicy ancho chile sauce, pineapple lentils and black beans, iced mint tea with an infusion of all spice to refresh the palate before dessert, and red fruits topped with passion fruit sherbet.
Included in dinner is one bottle of red or white wine per couple, and a flute of Cava champagne per person. Intimate tables of two guarantee maximum dining pleasure. Afterward, guests enjoy a spectacular bonfire with Boca’s famous s’mores (roasted marshmallow on honey gram cracker topped with melted chocolate).
For non-guests, Valentine’s Dinner is $75 US per person. Limited seating accommodates a maximum of 30 guests. Reservation required for seatings any time after 6:30 pm. Email Edgar (edgar@bocadeiguanas.com) and gm@bocadeiguanas.com.
