There will be a fabulous sound workshop given here in La Manzanilla by Dr. Javier Rangel on the 23 and 24 of Feb. 10-1 each of those mornings. It will be at Nansee and Richardos roof top where the tango and yoga takes place --around the corner left past Martins Restaurant. Dr. Javier has combined his competent skills of Chinese masssage and acupuncture with his study of music and Feldenkrais education to teach us this old tradition of overtone singing from Tibet and Mongolia.The production of harmonies is considered by some schools as the manifestation of the spirit through the physical voice.This work can open our awareness into a profund relaxing state of mind.The workshop will expand the awareness of what happens during the utterance of sounds and we will investigate the powerful effects of vocal resonance in the body as well as its healing effects, Participants do not need to have singing experience!!By exploring the infinite possibilities that we have to create and play with sound you will discover a subtle and profund way to listen to your most essential nature.
