I don't like it one bit. At around 5.30 tonight two children went past me 6 times, back and forth, on one of those things. Plus at least 6 other 4-wheelers, one driven by a 10 year old with 4 passengers, plus 2 motor scooters. When the law isn't enforced, there isn't much point in having one.
