And is the Mexican government going to spend the money $$$$$ to fix the problem???? Not in our lifetime. Maybe all the residents can pool their money and build it yourself. That's about the only way it will get done.
As for vehicles on the beach, set up a gate and charge $10.00 per day to ride on the beach and that would cut down the riding up and down the beach. Something needs to be looked at before the beach turns into another Rosarita Beach.
