Thank you Debbie for your information. As a resident of La Manz for 10 years(hard to believe)we all have to realize that things do get done and actually not as slow as some seem to think.
I can remember when there was no garbage pick up, the jardin was a mess, there were no side walks, the road into town was filthy, the crucero had no signs or plants of any kind and the beach was disgusting. We gringos were out picking up the garbage on the beach and the road into town.
Now that might not be much, but we've actually come a long way. The day we get the sewer hooked up and our streets are no longer dust will be the day for everyone to give a huge thanks to those who have made made it happen.
It's the way of us gringos to expect things to happen over night-haven't we learned anything yet. The best things in life are those that take time( am I talking about the sewer?).
