injured dog

Rusty and I were told that "goofy"(huge white and brown dog that hangs out at Marta's) was wacked in the neck by a machete. We imagined the worst. We searched everywhere and finally this afternoon "goofy" was found. He wasn't cut in the neck-thank goodness- it was both ears were torn from fighting and as he shook his head the blood went everywhere. With a wash down and antibiotic cream he'll be just fine. His owners will now be bringing him into the clinic next week. Too bad he had to get both of his beautiful ears shredded. Also: Thank you Yolanda and Leon of "Yolanda's" for your generous donation to Cisco's Amigos. We'll miss you Sunday!
