Wow. We had a great time yesterday afternoon. Thank you store keepers of La Manzanilla. You donated 34 great gifts that everyone loved. Thank you artist and others for your donations of items for the Silent Auction. We had 25 great items all sold and home with their new owners. And of course thank you Willy of Palapa Joe's for providing your place for the event. We raised over $12,000ps-unbelievable. This money will help us buy Frontline(for ticks), surgical instruments, Distemper Vaccine and other needed items for the clinics. Most important we will be able to buy Vincrystine. This is a chemotherapy type medicine for TVT-Transmissible Venereal Tumors- which is highly contagious and seems to still be running rampant in La Manzanilla. Dogs, both male and female, with the disease need to be put on an IV once a week for several weeks. Our NEW VET, that's right,our NEW VET Dra Rocio, will be able to administer the medicine right here in La Manzanilla. Thank you all for your most generous support of Cisco's Amigos Spay and Neuter Clinics starting this Thursday, March 6th, at the Ejido building.
