A lady named Heidi was in Palapa Joe's and told Rusty that the phone bill for the Salud was actually $4000ps charged by the last Doctor for calls he made to his girlfriend in Guadalajara. I hate to be critical, but is this where donated money should be going??? I went there Monday to get the Rabies Vaccines for Cisco's clinic and the nurse there had a cell phone she was using to make calls. It might be a better idea to spend the money on things the community needs. Is you haven't been to the Salud lately please go by and take a look. It looks great!!!! new paint new rooms and equipment. Maria is the nurse who has been there for at least 8 years. Please ask her what is needed and where donated money and items should go. In the past donated items seem to have grown legs and disappeared. Cisco's Amigos gives the Salud any medical supplies we get but can't use. I really support donating and collecting money for the Salud, but please make sure you know where the money and supplies are going. Julie
