We recently co-sponsored a week of alternative natural medicine and healing. This included pre-Hispanic healing dance, classes in plant medicine, indigenous arts and crafts depicting sacred imagery, energy healing, private consultation about physical/emotional/spiritual concerns with herbal practitioners, and the sale of various kinds of healing pomades, syrups and tinctures. We would like your feedback about these activities. Did you find them interesting and useful? Would you like to see these kinds of events again? Would you participate in a six-day workshop on indigenous herbal plant medicine in December, which would include field identification, book study and medicine making? We want and appreciate your feedback. |
