bus information - from Manzanillo to Puerto Vallarta

| I have a ride from here to the Manzanillo immigration place early Monday AM...thanks, Tia...now I want to plan the most efficient way to get from there to Puerto Vallarta. Is there a fast bus (1st class or...?)that leaves quite frequently, and where in Manzanillo does it leave from? Is there a terminal near the immigration place, or would it be better for me to come back to Melaque or La Manzanilla, and go from here? ... any information much appreciated.
