Good question Sparks, I try to get some time to research that unless someone knows that answer already. From what I know the title is given on the land only. So if there is no home on it I think it goes straight to Fideicomiso. If there is a home on the land then a there is a process which joins the land with a home and then it goes to Fideicomiso. Sounds like a good question for the Sayulita board. By the way why would someone say "ulita"? Does that mean something like surf's up? D |
