Anybody have any past success at cancelling their internet service while they are away for the summer? Last year we cancelled service and had difficulty getting it back again in the fall. Telmex now tells us they want the modem back if we cancel, so that they can give us a new modem when we return. Almost may be easier to pay for service while we are gone. The phone, of course, we would never give up.
