Amazing, one now has to have a computer and speak English in order to deal with the U.S. Consulate in Guadalajara. This speaks very clearly of the role computers now have in our lives. I'm not sure what the English only part speaks of. With translation technology the way it is I don't get it. The times they are a changin. Adios for now, Daniel |
