Hi Kar, I'm sure they finished the sewer and the roads, I know I've paid for them 4 times. The roads absorb the pavement every time I leave town, so I never get to see the road finished. The sewer lines must sink too, I've paid for 4 of them also and have yet to "hook up". I know that they have been built and finished, because I keep paying for them. This time, I told them I'd be glad to pay again, but just after I hook up and flush my toilet. I hope we get a new well too, I hear that Tamarindo? bought all the water under La Manzanilla, so I guess we need to get used to showering in salt water. My lawns are already yellow, maybe it's a new type of grass? This is the way it is, no reason to hope for anything else. We will not have paved roads, sewer systems, water or security. These will be up to you! I know that gringos and Canadians want lots of these things, so consider doing them yourselves, the term public Interest does not exist. collaboration on such projects can be done for 1/10th of the amount of money they have collected. Another thing, I learned in Mexico...NEVER GIVE MONEY IN NOVEMBER THRU JANUARY. It always evaporates!
