Diesel Fuel?

I have a co-worker who is planning a trip from Washington state through La Manzanilla and then into Guadalajara. He has a new diesel pick up truck and wonders if the diesel fuels in the Pemex stations are the low sulphur content fuel that these trucks require. Does anybody know the answer?
