Siegfried, Are you allowing sufficient time for the Mexico Speculative Real Estate wheels to turn?

Putting myself in your shoes, based on your first post, I would be stomping mad that things weren't happening at any speed that I could detect. I wonder, though, are you sophisticated enough in that avenue of investment, and interpersonal relationship, to discern slow progress from no progress?

Looking forward, in your shoes (if shoes had eyes, other than the ones you put the laces through), I hope I would recognize that I needed Joe Santana more than ever when the deal starts looking funny. Unless I knew everyone, and the system, I would need someone like Joe to make it work.

Perhaps I am missing something, but if it were me, I would go make nice with Joe, and work with him to find the way forward or out.

(This is not a paid endorsement, I have never done any business with Joe, though I have rented several houses thru Santana.)

Good luck.
