Los objetivos de esta junta fueron:
The goals on this meeting were:

1.- Comprobar que los pobladores de La Manzanilla están interesados en que se ponga a funcionar el sistema de drenaje. El objetivo fué cumplido, pues la meta era reunir 280 firmas y se lograron 299 de adultos y 12 de menores.
Prove that La Manzanilla population is interested on the sewer system. The goal was 280 people and they got 299 adults plus 12 children.

2.-El segundo objetivo era designar un comité para la gestión de la obra. Dicho objetivo se cumplió, quedando formado el comité de esta manera:
Second goal was making a committee to manage the work. This was also achieved:
