Last weekend in San Diego paper was an article about the opening of the big LNG regasification plant and new port that is in Baja south of Ensenada. This will supply all of Baja and San Diego Co. with natural gas. Mexico will be buying from other countries as suppliers which seems wierd as they have plenty of gas underground...just must lack the ability to drill for it. Carlos Slim is also one of the big investors.
