Just to confuse things a little more I was there and I swear they decided on Tuesday, July 15th at 6PM. Although, my Spanish is somewhat limited. They asked we ALL bring a friend to the next meeting.
I gather they are proceeding with the sewer (#1)
The foot bridge ranked #2
I can't remember #3
#4 I full time Dr. at Central Salud
Maybe someone else who speaks Spanish and was there can verify the time and date. Thanks
