| Hi folks--I teach yoga in La Manz and can give you some hints---first of all there is no such thing as a quiet place in a village in Mexico--everything is heard as usually there are no glass windows only screens. Thee are dogs,roosters,kids,parties,cars ect in all the neighbourhoods.so ear plugs are the best remeady. Unless you are on the beach there is some walking or climbing so make sure to ask re this. You need to go on this website under accomodation and search for your needs. There is another person who can help you --her name is Sara 315-351-5369 or 5285.Tell her to check out Marias as in La Dona As for special health needs check this out as there is no health food store closeby.what is you need??Safe swimming is for sure on most days and there are several side trips you can do.I usually arrange for a group Temazcal--sweat lodge on one of your days.
