SYPE call to Mexico cell phone

Hola! I am trying to make a call from the states to a cell phone in La Manzanilla, prefix (44) using SKYPE on my laptop. I have either gotten a busy signal or no voice mail. When using SKYPE the program uses 52 as the country prefix then I put in 1-315-XXX-XXXX( the number). Has anyone had success with someone calling you on your cell phone from the states using SKYPE? If so, how are they dialing the cell number to reach you? Gracias |
