A friend tried to Skype my cell just today. The call first came in from a 551 exchange and I couldn't hear anything then she reached me from a 999 exchange and that connected. I had no credit on my phone at the time, my card had run out so Skype must have been paying, I wasn't. You would not use the 044 or 045 at all from outside of Mexico. You would either dial 52-xxx-xxx-xxxx or 51-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx to reach a Telcel phone. |
