Sept La Manzanilla Yoga Change

September yoga classes in La Manzanilla will be on Tuesdays at 11am (change from previously announced Wednesdays), assuming enough folks are in town and interested. I need 3 more commitments in order to teach the series. If you are around and able to take the class, please let me know by Monday, September 1.

Cost is 280 pesos for the 4 classes (70 pesos / class). Classes will be suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Mats are provided if you don't have your own.
