Hola! If enough folks are in town I will again teach yoga at Boca de Iguanas on Saturday at 11am. We had a wonderful class last Saturday and thankfully the rain cleared up for several hours after class so we could enjoy the pool and beach. If you would like to join for next Saturday's class, please RSVP by Thursday, September 4th by emailing chris at christinaderoos.com or calling 315-107-7437 (Note: this is a cell phone, so dial 044 first if calling from a land line). Weekly yoga in September is not going to happen. Too many folks are on vacation this month. Happy travels to everyone who is on the road! Hopefully we will have enough of us back in October to get a weekly class going. I am continuing to offer the private yoga classes at off-season prices: 200 pesos for a single session; 500 pesos for 3 sessions scheduled for the same week.
