| You will have to call Germain at the ph# posted to be sure, but I believe he has aligned himself with the Boca de Iguanas Resort Hotel to be present each day on the beach in front of the hotel "when the season starts". I'm not sure of a date. Their lessons will be available to the general public as well as hotel guests. Until then they will do surf lessons by appointment at Boca de Iguanas or other local surf spots. The surf shop is opening this month next door to the Coldwell Banker Real Estate office near the bus station in Melaque. My son Matt, a southern california surfer & former pro-snowboarder, is consulting with Germain to develope sources for his product line as well as other needs to help get the shop off the ground. |
