Tile Installers

We need to have tile installed throughout our house. The tile we have selected has a slate-like texture, and we are concerned about how the grouting will be done. We don't think it will be as easy to wipe it off our tiles as it is with smooth ones. Has anyone had this type of tile installed? Any recommendations for whom to use?
