That may be part of it. But it has more to do with what is going on in the global financial arena. Most economies are slowing down, demand for oil is dropping and the price of oil is dropping. There is an inverse relationship with the price of a barrel of oil and the AMN dollar. Also, what the states is going through in the financial markets has bled over into the rest of the world markets. This looks like a 2 to 3 quarter slow down in all economies. |
