Hola! I'm hoping we have enough folks back in town to get a yoga group together in La Manzanilla during October. If there are at least 5 students who can commit to a month of yoga I can offer classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10am. Mats will be provided for those who don't have their own. Classes are suitable for all levels, including individuals who have never taken yoga.
