Hi everyone;
There is a Tai Chi / qu gong teacher visiting me and we will be doing that on the beach in morning and possibly evenings - if you would like to join us please do.
Casa Shanti Del Mar - next to the red house on the beach
9:oo am -- come join us for Free class/practice tomorrow
after tha if lessons are desired then chat with Deborah.
