Hello to all, About a year ago, I was visiting my mom in La Manz. After taking a look in the electrical service panel of their new home, It was clear that this work was done by a complete "HACK" as we call them here in the states. Further inspection revealed copper and aluminum wires twisted together {illegal} in a splice box, and wrapped with electrical tape!! This called for a complete redo of the high voltage supply lines to the casa.I am coming down in late Nov to do the new install.I will also have to redo the water supply line. It seems the "Builder" decided to use schedual 20 PVC laid on the ground for the water service.This pipe is as brittle as a potato chip,even without sun exposure.If you are a home owner with a newer place,or any age home, and would like an inspection of things, or need maintenance on your place please send me an email and I can arrange to meet with you.
