I have stayed at the Hotel San Francisco. It is quiet enough, the people are friendly and they speak both english and spanish. The restaurant in the hotel is good. My only complaint about the hotel is the disinfectant that they use to clean with has kind of a strong smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough other wise. And the hotel is located so that walking to everything to see and do in the area is not a problem. I hope this information helps. J
