Oh my you are so right Jean. It was wonderful driving into La Manz after 6 days on the road, but we were sort of stunned by the array of signs announcing everything. Not one of them says "don't throw your trash"- which is disappointing- but they do have one that shows you to wash your hands??
The hills are very green, the ocean is a beautiful blue, the beach rocks are back and the new road construction is moving along.
I must say it's a little soggy, but the rain storms are very welcome.
