I have a few comments. We have been looking in La Manz for a year working with a variety of realtors. We are ready and willing to purchase but the land owners have not been willing. Luckily for us, the market hit hasn't happened. We know the market is low and the selling is low which is obvious by the properties still listed on the site. It is pretty obvious that land/homes is not selling. As a matter of fact, there are more people panicked that have over mortgaged themselves with houses in la Manz. This is just my opinion but the market is what it is. I have planned for the rainy day and unfortunately, it is not a rainy day it is a hurricane day. Hope things improve but ..... Julie |
