Excuse me but your still a member of planet earth.
I agree with you there are some places where interference is not
proper but not this one. As long as the concern is presented properly,
as a concerned human and not as some authority figure who is giving orders.
What, when someone’s kid gets eaten, or even a dog for that matter are your
going to be ok with your position or harbor guilt? If the latter is true
take action. What does belong in the states is the fear factor.
Contact Gustavo, the Delegado. His office is where the police hang out by the Jardin in the center of town. I am sure he will be grateful for the information and do something about it.
