Hi. Does pool workout mean 45 min of Yoga in the pool? If so, can we come for the pool yoga and lunch only. Not sure we could start out with 2 1/2 hrs of yoga on the first day. Will this be every Monday? We would love to do something, but already have plans for this Monday.
