Hi Carol - Both Helga and I have gotten fabulous computer help from the guy that does the computer systems for Careyes. His name is Omar and you can reach him through Bill (who speaks English) at 355-8917. You can tell Bill that I suggested you call. I doubt that Omar would want an art lesson but maybe you could separate the tasks -- have Omar do the installation and get you started -- and then have a Picasa user help you out on the shortcuts and tricks.
